Delay in Content Provision:

To expedite the designing or development process, clients must provide the essential data as specified by the account executive via email. Any data provided without email consent is considered insignificant. Below are cases where delays in content provision may lead to interruptions or termination of the project:

  • The client took more than 48 hours to provide complete data required for designing or development.
  • The client took more than 48 hours to provide feedback on respective design or solution, leading to excessive resource consumption.

In both cases, we reserve the right to interrupt or terminate the design and development process without further notice. To resume the project, the client must compensate for the extra time consumed due to the delay. If the client refuses or declines to pay, the design and development process will be permanently terminated.
