Design Ownership, Renewals, and Outright Purchase

1. Design Ownership:

Upon completion of the project, TAG Software Solutions retains ownership of the design and all intellectual property rights unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. The client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the design for their website and related materials during the contract term.

2. Renewal of Design Usage:

After the initial contract term (e.g., 6 months or 1 year), the client may choose to continue using the design by paying a renewal fee. The renewal fee provides continued usage rights for the design, as well as minor updates and technical support during the renewal period.

3. Outright Purchase of Design:

The client may opt for a buyout of the design, which grants full ownership and intellectual property rights to the design. After the buyout, the client will have the freedom to modify, distribute, or resell the design without further payments to TAG Software Solutions.

4. Payment Terms:

Renewal and buyout payments are typically due before the start of the renewal term or before the transfer of ownership. Payment options (e.g., full payment or installment plans) can be discussed upon request.

5. Late Payments:

A late fee may apply for overdue payments after the specified due date. If payment is overdue for more than 30 days, TAG Software Solutions reserves the right to suspend access to the design and/or website until payment is made.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation of renewal or buyout after payment has been made is subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are typically not offered for renewal or buyout payments once services have been rendered, but please contact our support team for any specific refund inquiries.
